HEADSHOT PRICING & BOOKING POLICIES
Headshot fees:
$600 Regular - Unlimited looks during the afternoon of your session. We shoot different styles outdoors with natural lighting and wide ranging backgrounds until you run out of outfits, energy, or the sun goes down.
Payment:
A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your session fee. You may mail your check deposit, make a direct bank deposit or pay on-line below using credit card, debit card or PayPal.
Full payment is due at time of photo shoot, payable by cash or check only. We don't do re-shoots (with the exception of technical issues); instead, we get it right the first time around.
Cancellations are permitted up to 48 hours before your shoot. Call prior to the 48 hours so that your deposit can be applied towards another session date.
Rain check: Photographer reserves the right to reschedule your shoot if weather conditions become unsuitable for photography.
Discounts:
Bring a friend for a "twofer" session and you each get $100 off a Regular session or $50 off a Limited session.
Repeat customers get 30% off second and future session fees.
Your session includes:
Private on-line proof sheet gallery, where you browse your images. Proofs will be available on-line within 72 hours of photo shoot and remain available for 1 month thereafter.
Basic retouching of one selected image per look. Your retouched selections will be delivered both as high-res. versions for print, and optimized versions for web submissions.
License for standard modeling/acting self-promotional usage rights with no time restrictions. Images may not be used for commercial purposes by any third party.
